摘要:
随着大众旅游时代的到来,现代旅游新业态、新格局、新趋势对当前旅游人才资源建设 提出新要求,旅游行政主管部门、教育部门、旅游企业必须适应时代变化,做好旅游人才指导发展服 务,使旅游人力资源得到合理开发,使旅游产业健康可持续发展。以福建省为例,近年其旅游产业 得到较大发展,正逐步由“旅游资源大省”向“旅游经济强省”跨越,但随之而来的是旅游人力资源问 题较为突出,主要是人力资源的地域、行业分布不均衡、人员结构不合理等问题,应积极做好旅游人 才战略规划,做好旅游人才的教育与培训。
Abstract:
Withthearrivaloftheeraofmasstourism,anewpatternofnewformats,newforms,new patternsandnewtrendsofmoderntourismputforwardnewrequirementsfortheconstructionoftourism talentresources.Tourismadministrativedepartments,educationdepartmentsandtourismenterprisesmust adapttothechangesofthetimes,toguidethedevelopmentoftourismtalents,todevelophumanresources reasonablyandtomaketourismindustrydevelophealthilyandsustainably.TakingFujianProvinceasan example,thetourismindustryhasobtainedgreatdevelopmentinrecentyears,isgraduallymovingfroma “bigprovinceoftourismresources”toa“provincewithastrongtourismeconomy”.However,theproblem oftourismhumanresourcesismoreprominent,mainlyduetotheproblemsofhumanresources,uneven distributionofindustries,unreasonablepersonnelstructureandotherissues.Weshouldactivelymakestrategicplanningfortourismtalentsanddowellineducationandtrainingoftourismtalents.
