摘要:
国家连续15年的“一号文件”均是关于“三农”问题,可见党和国家十分重视乡村发 展。促进乡村发展,实现乡村振兴,就必须大力推进农业现代化。对农业现代化发展存在的短板进 行分析,查找原因,提出进一步推进农业现代化发展进程的思路:首先,要坚持“五大发展”理念,为 推进农业现代化发展奠定思想理论基础;其次,围绕农业发展短板,加快构建现代农业产业体系、生 产体系、经营体系;再次,以问题为导向,形成农业现代化协同发展的有效机制。
Abstract:
“Thefirstdocument”ofthestatefor15consecutiveyearsisaboutthe“threeruralissues”.It isobviousthatthePartyandthestateattachgreatimportancetoruraldevelopment.Topromoteruraldevelopmentandrealizeruralrevitalization, wemustvigorouslypromoteagriculturalmodernization.Thispaperanalyzestheshortboardofagriculturalmodernization, findsthereasonsandputsforwardthethought offurtherpromotingthedevelopmentprocessofagriculturalmodernization.First,weshouldadheretothe “fivedevelopment”conceptandlaytheideologicalandtheoreticalfoundationforpromotingthedevelopmentofagriculturalmodernization. Secondly,weshouldacceleratetheconstructionofmodernagricultural industrialsystem,productionsystem,andmanagementsystemaroundtheshortboardofagriculturaldevelopment, andagain,taketheproblemastheguidance,andformaneffectivemechanismforthecoordinated developmentofagriculturalmodernization.
