摘要:
论文基于社会信息加工理论构建领导积极(消极)完美主义与员工创新绩效之间的理论模型并提出研究假设,并利用315份有效问卷调查数据检验研究假设。结果表明:领导积极(消极)完美主义不仅对员工创新绩效有直接的正向(负向)影响,而且还通过员工差错取向对员工创新绩效产生间接影响。员工不确定性规避正向调节领导积极完美主义和员工差错取向之间的关系,并正向调节领导积极完美主义通过员工差错取向影响员工创新绩效的间接效应。鉴于此,论文从领导行为和人力资源部门工作的角度提出对策建议。
