摘要:
鸡父之战只应包括伍鸡“为长壑而洍之”和吴与楚联军“战于鸡父”两个阶段,吴人入郹 之役与吴楚“战于鸡父”时空悬隔,不宜视作鸡父之战的一部分。鸡父之战发生在位于淮河北岸凤 台县境内的古州来、鸡父一带,并非发生于淮河以南的寿县或固始县境。鸡父之战之所以被清人视 为“入郢之兆”,根本原因在于吴国通过鸡父之战,从此牢牢掌控了州来这一淮域重镇,淮河中游成 为吴师入郢的前沿基地。
Abstract:
Thispaper,basedonthehistoricalmaterialsoftheWu-ChuwardatarecordedbyZhaoGong inZuoZhuanfortwenty-threeyears,combinedwiththerelatedrecordsofLvShiChunQiu·ChaWeiand Tsinghua’bambooslipsXiNian,toinferthatthebattleofJiFushouldonlyincludethetwostagesofWu Ji’s“dugaroundthestateandledtheHuaiRiveraroundthecityforaweekandthenimportedintoHuaihe’slongditch” andthe“fightingwithJiFu”inthejointarmyofWuandChu,thebattleoftheWupeoplewasseparatedfromthattheWarofJiFuofWuandChu, shouldnotberegardedaspartofthebattleof JiFu.ThebattleofJiFutookplaceintheancientstateofHuaiheCountyinthenorthshoreofFengtai countyandtheareaofJiFuinsteadofinShouxianorGushiCountySouthofHuaihe.ThereasonwhytheJi FuwarwasregardedbytheQingpeopleas“thesignofenteringYing”wasduetothebattleofJiFu,Wu firmlycontrolledtheZhouLai’sHuaiDistrict,andthemiddlereachesofHuaihebecamethefrontierbase forWu’sentryintoYing.
